Eligibility for Return or Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product arrives damaged or compromised in transit

  • Incorrect products shipped

  • Products received do not match the agreed specifications or certifications

  • Shipment delayed beyond 30 days without prior notification

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of product arrival at destination port.

Required Documentation for Claims

To process a return or refund, please provide:

  1. Photos or videos showing product condition upon arrival

  2. Signed Bill of Lading and Packing List

  3. Inspection Report from local food or veterinary authority (if applicable)

  4. Written claim outlining the issue and requested resolution

Refund Options

Once your claim is approved, we offer the following options:

  • Full or partial refund via original payment method (bank transfer or LC)

  • Credit toward your next container shipment

  • Free replacement in your next order (subject to availability)

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities

  • Temperature issues due to buyer’s storage facilities after delivery

  • Orders not inspected or reported within the 48-hour window
